R-Dimension Racing reserves all rights for determination and execution for all warranty claims. All merchandise sold by R-Dimension Racing is subject to the Original manufacturer's warranty, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. The warranty period varies from product line to product line.
R-Dimension Racing reserves the right to refuse any business regardless of order status.

Conditions of Sale:
All orders must be placed online. All products sold by R-Dimension Racing are sold "as is". Unless otherwise noted, all products are factory brand new and include manufacturer's warranties, if applicable. Stock availability is subject to change without prior notice. Orders are filled in a first-in, first-out basis. If a product is sold out after an order is placed, but before the order is filled, customers will be notified via email only if the restocking orders will take longer than three (3) business days to receive. If the sold out product will be back in stock within three (3) business days, the order will be filled and shipped as soon as the product is available, without notifying the customer.
Product images used on our website are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual products.
Please allow 24-48 hours to process orders.
Prices & Tax:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include applicable sales taxes.
We try to run specials for a full calendar month, starting on the 1st of the month, to avoid issues of having a customer buy something, only to see a reduced price a few days later. If a product is going to be on sale, it will generally be on sale within the first few days of each month, however, fluctuations in market prices may dictate a price change at any time.
Payment:
R-Dimension Racing accepts Paypal, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard, as well as debit/check cards which have the Visa or MasterCard logos on them. R-Dimension Racing only ships to the card billing address. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We do not, and will not, ship COD.
Fraud Prevention:
Through the use of a real-time gateway, we verify customers' address, CVV, and several other factors to reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions. Due to these fraud screening factors, some legitimate customers may occasionally be declined for a charge, and we apologize to you in advance. Please contact us if you are declined and are not sure why.
If, at our sole discretion, there is any suspicion of fraud, we reserve the right to withhold shipment for such time as it takes to prove or disprove a possible fraud attempt. Customers will be notified if an order is being held over for this reason and may be required to fax a copy of a legal and unexpired photo ID with their current address and signature, as well as the front and back of the credit/debit card used for the order.
Detailed information for attempted fraudulent purchases will be reported to all necessary entities, including, but not limited to, the card issuer and all applicable law enforcement agencies. R-Dimension Racing takes fraud seriously and WILL prosecute to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Special Orders:
Special Order items are generally products not readily available to us or our distributors and require extra time, effort and expenditure to acquire for sale. In many cases, this requires a specific order directly from the manufacturer or a distributor outside the normal channels. Special Order products must be paid for in advance and are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations and/or other order changes in regard to Special Order product(s) are not allowed. Estimated shipping times for Special Order products may vary from actual shipping times without prior notice. We strongly suggest that customers considering purchasing a Special Order item email us for current pricing and estimated shipping times prior to placing an order.
Account Profiles:
All information submitted when creating an account profile should be true and accurate. This is information that we use for sales transactions. Orders are only shipped to debit/credit card billing addresses, so make sure to use an address that matches your card when creating your profile.
Users are required to use a "real" email address (assigned from their ISP) when registering an account with us. Free, web-based email systems, such as Hotmail and Yahoo! are not welcomed as email contacts for registered customers. If you are reading this web page, you have an ISP and an e-mail address from it...use it!
Customer email addresses are never sold, traded, or rented to third parties. Email addresses are not shown publicly anywhere on our site and thus, will never be scanned by "spam bots" or other malicious codes running around the Net. Additionally, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we will never send unsolicited emails to your account email address.
We periodically remove accounts from our database that have been inactive for a certain amount of time. If your account profile is scheduled to be removed, you will be notified in advance so you have the opportunity to retain your current account. If your account is removed, all information, including order history and preferences, will be deleted and you will need to register again.
Shipping & Returns
1. R-Dimension Racing does not ship outside the United States or Canada.
2. R-Dimension Racing only ships to the debit/credit card billing address used to purchase the order.
3. Orders are shipped exclusively via United Parcel Service ("UPS"). We will not ship via other carriers.
4. See the map for UPS Ground "In-Transit" times to your location. In-transit times listed are business days, which do not include weekends and holidays, and are estimates only. Transit time may be shorter or longer depending on factors at UPS.
5. A person must be available to accept and sign for packages when they are delivered.
6. Billing addresses are verified prior to shipment, so make sure that online account addresses (what we use for billing and shipping) match the card billing address used for the purchase. Shipping addresses that do not match billing addresses will cause a delay in shipment.
7. Due to possible fraud redirections, we no longer post or send UPS tracking numbers. Your shipped order status will instead include the UPS Scheduled Delivery date in your online account and your status update email. If you are expecting an order that does not arrive on or by your scheduled delivery date, please email us at sales@teamrdr.com.
8. If an order delivery is refused by a customer or is otherwise undeliverable at the fault of the customer, the customer will be responsible for all incurred shipping costs, as well as a 25% restocking fee if the order is subsequently cancelled.
9. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
10. On applicable products, FREE Shipping or Flat Shipping is for Ground service ONLY. You may select other faster shipping methods at their regular costs during checkout. Since shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require air service, free shipping is not available to those states.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) Policy:
1. No returns are accepted without a valid Return Authorization (RA) # obtained from R-Dimension Racing in advance.
2. RAs must be requested using the Return Merchandise Authorization Request form in the Order History section of your online account. RMA requests are not accepted via email, telephone or fax.
3. Under no circumstances shall RAs be issued or returns allowed for any items or for any reason, after a period of thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.
4. RA requests are subject to approval and are not a guarantee that returned product(s) will be accepted for refund, replacement, reimbursement or other type of credit if approved. All returns are subject to acceptance guidelines as outlined in our Returns Policy.
5. RA%u2019s are active for a period of seven (7) days, beginning on the date issued. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they are not post marked or otherwise dated as being shipped within seven (7) days of RA issuance. We further reserve the right to refuse issuance of duplicate RA%u2019s for the same part(s) on the same order if your return is not post marked or otherwise dated as being shipped prior to the RA expiration.
Returns Policy:
General Information
1. Under no circumstances shall RA%u2019s be issued, nor will product returns be permitted after a period of thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.
2. An approved RA number from R-Dimension Racing is required prior to returning any and all products. Return Merchandise Authorization requests must be made using the form supplied in your online account.
3. All product returns with an approved RA must be post marked, or otherwise dated as shipped, within seven (7) days of RA issuance date OR within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice, whichever is earlier. Failure to meet either deadline will result in loss of eligibility for return, replacement, or refund.
4. A 25% restocking fee, based on the original purchase price of the item(s) returned, will be assessed on all returned products and will be deducted from any refund.
5. No credit will be given on any returned products that show signs of abuse, that have been modified in any way, that show signs of any physical damage or that have been installed and removed. Installed and removed products may only be returned under the "Damaged upon Received" Terms described in the section below.
6. R-Dimension Racing will inspect any and all returned items. If the product(s) are determined not to be defective and/or not re-saleable for any reason, the return will be denied and the part(s) will be returned to the customer. The customer will be responsible for all incurred costs, including shipping costs to return the product(s).
7. Products returned for any reason other than " Damaged upon Received " (see below) must be in the original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition.
8. Returns for any reason must be complete including: accessories, gaskets, hardware, cables, manuals, warranty cards, software and any other accessories and miscellaneous parts included in original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce or refuse credit for any item(s) missing from returned products.
9. Special Orders and Group Buys products are non-refundable.
10. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees for any and all returns. Any returns received with Freight COD will be refused.
11. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, with the RA # written on it.
12. The RA # must be clearly written on the box that returns are shipped in.
Damaged upon received:
Damaged Freight:
1. All products shipped from R-Dimension Racing are in factory new condition (unless otherwise specified). Thus, any products received damaged by customers are deemed to be damaged during transit. R-Dimension Racing makes every effort to package orders extremely well in order to insure your products arrive in perfect condition, however, if damage should occur during shipping, you must follow these guidelines:
2. It is the responsibility of the customer to begin the Damaged Freight process with United Parcel Service (www.ups.com or 1-800-PICK-UPS). UPS will need to inspect the damaged goods and it is easiest for the customer to set up that appointment to suit their schedule. Have package tracking number(s) available when contacting UPS for a claim.
3. R-Dimension Racing will be notified of a pending claim by UPS, however, customers should also report damaged freight to us within two (2) business days of their receipt so we are aware of the situation and may follow up with UPS regarding the claim if needed. Use the Return Merchandise Authorization request form supplied in your online account.
4. Freight damaged part(s) will only be replaced when the Damaged Freight process with UPS has successfully concluded with a reimbursement.
Manufacturer Defects:
1. If a product is inoperative or otherwise does not work at first use, it may be exchanged for the same product only within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice. After thirty (30) days from the date of invoice, all defective part issues must be directed to the manufacturer of the product under their warranty, if any.
2. Any defective products must be reported to us within thirty (30) days of receipt using the Return Merchandise Authorization form in the online Order History section of your account.
3. No replacement part(s) will be given on any defective products that show signs of abuse or that have been modified in any way.
4. A copy of the original invoice with the RA # written on it must accompany the returned defective part(s).
5. Replacement part(s) will not ship until we receive the defective product(s) back from the customer.
6. The customer must pay for the return shipping to R-Dimension Racing. R-Dimension Racing will only be responsible for shipping fees of replacement part(s) from us to the customer. The shipping method used for replacement part(s) will be UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.
7. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, with the RA # written on it.
8. The RA # must be clearly written on the box that returns are shipped in.
