Maurice “Reese” Hairston
I am a radical, artist, entrepreneur, father, and true servant to the people. I have been a Glenarden
resident for over 20 years. My desire to improve the city and unify its people led me to get actively
involved in the community assisting with events, the youth sports teams, and advocating for
nonviolence. I’ve served on Glenarden’s Youth Advisory Committee, Events Planning Committee, and
the Glenarden Day Planning Committee. I am dedicated to improving the quality of life for all residents.
